R. Russell Alfieri is President & CEO of RME Management, Inc. Mr. Alfieri's extensive background is in enterprise-level software solutions most notably as founder and leader of Senior Systems, Inc., a software company that provides products and services to Private K-12 Schools. Along with the efforts of a dedicated Management Team, Mr. Alfieri implemented his vision of a truly school-wide, integrated system for the various departments within an educational institution. As technology evolved, Senior Systems was a leader in bringing this information to students and parents through the use of secure, web-based solutions.

After several decades of success and market leadership, Mr. Alfieri sold Senior Systems to a private equity firm and began providing capital and financing options to a variety of businesses.
